Why you first choose Akuna Care?

We were going away for the weekend at the Hunter Valley and thought our puppies also deserved a holiday.
Akuna was conveniently located but more importantly the services, accommodation and attention our dogs would get with Akuna Care, seemed second to none.

Why you continued to use our service?

Our dogs came home happy and relaxed.

What is your favourite Spike and Gidget story?

My husband gave me Gidget for my 22nd birthday - That was nine years ago. She was so little (800g) a real midget but she quickly grew into a feisty and enthusiastic dog.
Spike was adopted when he was a year old when his original mum and dad left to go overseas. He was heartbroken but he adjusted into our family very quickly and got on like a house on fire with Gidget.
The two of them have such different personalities but enjoy each others company lots, especially when they are up to mischief. As an example, one day we turned our backs on them for an hour and found them underneath the Christmas tree. They had unwrapped a box of chocolates (Not meant for them) and happily polished them all off!
