| Why you first choose Akuna Care? |

We chose Akuna because it seemed everyone we had spoke to who had used a kennel loved Akuna and commented on how they felt their pets wanted to stay there and not come home. As such we thought this would be the place for Roma.

| Why you continued to use our service? |

We continue to use your service because Roma has a wonderful time and comes back so happy. The other reason is that Ariel and Marcus both seem to love Roma and dogs in general and are committed to providing the best of care.

| What is your favourite Roma story? |
Berner's are known for their "Berner Bumps" where they nudge you along just like they used to nudge the cows along in Switzerland, by gently bumping the nose on the udder or bottom. A visiting electrician experienced this first hand when he came to do some work. He knocked on the door and was explaining what he would be doing when Roma came up behind him to give him a bump along out of the doorway. The electrician turned around so what was meant to be a bottom bump ending up bumping a very delicate front spot!
I had a quite a speechless/breathless electrician for a while there.
