I had met Marcus personally a few times at dog educational/training seminars and I liked the fact that he seemed passionate about doing things differently and better at Akuna Care. That is providing a more positive environment for the dogs and cats. When I needed my own dog boarded because of an emergency, Marcus was there within an hour to pick her up. When Tango comes home from the kennels she is always happy and clean and settles back into home life easily - not stressed.
